I founded my law firm in 2009. Since then, I have specialized in providing comprehensive legal services to companies and entrepreneurs. I work mainly for my long-term clients, for which I have solved various problems they face in their business – for instance preparation of contractual documentation, project resolution, disputes with business partners, property transfers, labor law matters or termination of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since 2010, I have also been performing the function of an insolvency administrator. This allows me to provide my clients with valuable experience in the field of insolvency law and I can effectively help them to solve a crisis situation; instead of paying off debts for many years, my clients can focus on generating profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I do my job with maximum commitment, efficiency and pleasure. My reward for years of beautiful but hard work in advocacy is also friendly relationships with my long-term clients, for whom I solved all sorts of things – from the beginnings of business, real estate transfers, litigation, mergers, debt collection, handling personal data, changes in companies, etc., etc. A company attorney is simply a family doctor for entrepreneurs – he helps exactly where it is needed. A reliable attorney can not only save his client money and time, but also prevent unpleasant problems. Therefore, it is advantageous to have your own attorney, to whom you can turn with confidence and leave your problem to him, or consult with him if necessary to prevent problems. This is my job. And I do it with joy and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have been studying law since 1998. While studying at the Faculty of Law, I worked at the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague. After studies, I lived in Australia, where I graduated at Business College in Sydney. After that, I worked in prestigious law firms in Prague, with the intention of gaining the best possible experience for building my own law firm. I set up my law firm soon after passing the bar exams, and since then, I have been fully dedicated to the practice of advocacy and the activities of an insolvency administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
